The Holiday Bridal Show concept was a collaborative effort among three wedding professional
in Indianapolis. They all envisioned an elegant, professional website that would match the
theme of their event. They also wanted to automate the event planning process by allowing
brides to RSVP online before the event took place.
We created an elegant design that conveyed the colors and themes of the holiday season. We
utilized photography from
Erin Hession
and enabled an embedded photo slideshow of past
successful events to help sell booth space online. We also created a highly customized
RSVP form that saved to a database for easy organization and handling of consumer responses.
We also suggested to our clients that they do a website "pre-release" to previous show
participants before announcing the website link to the general public. This suggestion
helped tremendously and half the event booths were reserved within the first two hours
of their website going live.
